Kvk8 ("we", "us", or "the platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming service provider. Kvk8 does not charge processing fees on transactions; however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges. Deposits cannot be reversed once made. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled before processing begins.

• The specified wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

The following activities are strictly prohibited under kvk8's Terms and Conditions. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

• Unauthorized use of kvk8 trademarks or logos will result in legal action.

Intellectual property rights for content from third-party game providers remain with the respective companies. kvk8 operates those games under license only.
